What is the warranty on phone screen repair
How long will it take for my computer repair?
We repair most faults within 24-48 hours, we also offer a 24 hour priority service (subject to availability of parts if needed). If we need to order parts then we can normally get these next day delivery. We realize how difficult being without your computer can be and we will always try to get it back to you as quickly as possible.
How long will it take for my phone/tablet repair?
Will I lose any data from my device ?
We now offer On-Site, Pickup / Return Services.
Sunset Computer Techs now offer On-Site, Pick-up and Return services on Computers, Gaming Consoles, and Tablets.
Below are the requirements for On-Site, Pick Up/Return Services Terms and Conditions.
PICK-UPS:
- Pick-Ups are schedule online or via phone call (Please provide 24 hour Notice)
- Pick-up services provided within a 20 mile radius from our shop
- Pick-up services ONLY now offer within 10 mile radius of Wake Forest, NC.
- Pick-Ups are from front door only (if possible).
- You will receive a phone call or text when Technician is in route.
- We will pick up your device, bring to our shop, and perform diagnostics
- We will contact you on findings and approval for repair.
- After repair is complete, we will contact you for payment via phone or online invoice.
- After payment is received, we will contact you for delivery date and time.
ON-SITE SERVICES:
- If On-Site support is requested, please fill out the online form below, or call 252-210-9335 to schedule On-Site services. 20 mile radius of Rocky Mount only.
- A payment of $114.99 will be required at time of reservation. This covers travel, and labor.
- If any reason your issue can only be repaired at your residence, and the Techinician can’t repair it, $79.99 will be refunded.
- If the device is required to be brought to our shop for repair, only additional cost would be for parts.
- After repair has been completed, Technician will return your device at no additional charge.
Technician will provide a printed out paid invoice / receipt.
PS. We have the right to change any of the above statements as other unforeseen issues may arrive.
